THE NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES MAY SUSPEND OR REVOKE YOUR LICENSE DUE TO:

2. • 3 or more speed convictions within 18 months; and/or

3. • Failure to pay traffic fines.

Failure to Signal Lane Change - 2 Pts.

Failure to Yield Right of Way-Intersection - 3 Pts.
Reckless Driving (Misdemeanor Offense) - 5 Pts.

Failure to Yield Right of Way-Oncoming Traffic - 3 Pts.

Other Moving Violations - 2 Pts.
Failure to Stop for School Bus - 5 Pts.
